The Salt & The Science

Epsom Salt (Magnesium Sulphate) has been used in baths for centuries. Magnesium is known to support muscle relaxation and ease tension in the body. It is also thought to help calm the nervous system, making it a popular choice for winding down at the end of the day.

Himalayan Pink Salt mined from ancient sea beds deep in the earth, Himalayan pink salt contains a range of trace minerals including potassium, calcium and iron, which give it its distinctive pink colour. In the bath it is known for its softening effect on skin and for supporting a sense of physical ease.

Dried Flower Petals are a gentle, natural touch. The petals add a visual calm to your bath and a soft, barely there botanical quality to the water. No synthetic fragrance, just the quiet presence of something natural.
