The Lotus Stone
Hi, I'm Kelly. I'm a wife to a great man and a mother to two lovely children. We have a Corgi called Nelson who absolutely insists we get outside, even on the coldest days, and maybe splash through a puddle or two along the way. I also love my kitchen garden, where I grow everything from herbs, fruit and veg, to flowers that bring in the bees and teach my children the importance of being healthy and looking after our planet.
I started The Lotus Stone because I've been there. I've been so stressed that I struggled to function or see a way out. My mind constantly overthought every situation and I was never allowed the time to just switch off. I became so anxious I'd play ut scenarios in my head just so I knew how to handle them if they ever came true (they never did!).
The world is so fast paced that we now forget about the person who matters the most: ourselves. I genuinely believe that small, quiet self-love rituals are some of the most important things we can have to bring our minds back to ourselves. A bath at the end of a hard day. A crystal on your desk, a quiet reminder to stay grounded. A candle you light just so you remember to slow down and breathe. These are not indulgent. They are necessary.
I also run Human Kind, a self-love and wellness community on Instagram, and I'm training to become a self-love coach. Wellness is not a side interest for me. I'm all in.
The Lous Stone is where that mission becomes something you can hold in your hands. Every product I stock has been chosen because it fits into a real self-care routine, not because it looks good on a shelf. Nothing is here that I wouldn't use myself.
I'm based in the UK and I run this shop as a one-woman operation, so when you buy from me you're supporting something small and genuinely independent.
A portion of every sale is donated to the Samaritans. Because what is the point in building something around love and kindness if it stops at the checkout? I genuinely want to help people in real crisis, people who are struggling and need someone to be there. The money you spend here does something beyond this shop. That feels important to me, and I hope it does to you too.
Thanks for being here. I hope you find something that makes you feel looked after.
