Black Amber Plum is a rich, resinous note long associated with warmth and comfort. Studies on amber and dark resin compounds suggest they can help lower cortisol levels and reduce feelings of stress.

Cassis, made from blackcurrant, is high in natural antioxidants and has a sharp, lifting quality that helps cut through heavier notes. Its bright, fruity character is associated with alertness and energy.

Jasmine is one of the most studied scents in aromatherapy. Research has found it can increase beta waves in the brain, the waves associated with alertness and positive mood, while also helping to ease anxiety.
